I have never been treated so well and felt so comfortable with leaving my car in the hands of short stop. Parker and Dean were honestly the nicest and most personable people ever. Dean even gave me and another customer a ride home when we realized our cars were going to be in there for longer than we originally anticipated. I was even offered a to be picked up when my car was ready. As for how thorough they are with their work, multiple times dean took me into the shop to show me exactly what was causing each issue, and when my car was returned to me it was like I was driving a completely different vehicle. I love that they care about the small town/ community of Tsawwassen and that everyone is treated and taken care of equally and properly. I don't think a better family could have taken over this business. I will never stop bringing my car to short stop…thank you much dean and Parker and all the crew at short stop!

Amazing service from the whole short stop team. Brought in my Shelby for a differential repair. Couldn't be happier with the service. Jordan the shops head technician really assisted me in how the process will be and did an excellent job. Going to be coming here always for my car repairs going forward.

Probably one of the best family owned car garages in BC! Honest, efficient, kind and rapid service! My daughter's car broke down in the ferry lane and the car got towed to their shop...Needed a new alternator and changed two tires as well as charged the drained battery. They didn't try and sell me a new one! If you need a good garage and live in the greater Vancouver area, it is worth bringing your car to them! Nice to see an honest operation which is rare in that industry!

I personally would highly recommend making Shortstop Tsawwassen your local vehicle service centre. The owners Dean Dodd, wife Tracey and sons make sure you get personal attention from the minute you arrive at their business. Their knowledge is second to none and they give 5 star service.

A great family-run mechanic with unique services. I originally come from Europe and bought a van here in Canada. Shortly after the purchase, the engine control light came on, and it turned out that extensive repairs were needed, which the seller knew about in advance. The team at Shortstop Auto Service was fantastic. They explained my rights, helped me communicate with the seller, and even persuaded them to take the van back. After getting my money back, thanks to their help, especially from Dean, I bought a new van. Although this one also needed some repairs, but they were known in advance. Of course, I went back to Shortstop. There, I received excellent service again, and everything necessary was repaired in short time. Now I finally have a van ready for travel. Thank you very much for the great service and assistance! I can only recommend Shortstop Auto Services to anyone looking for an honest and excellent mechanic with a uniquely good and competent team!
